Research On Character Non Formation Components Of Modern General Standard Chinese Characters

Components are the structural unit of Chinese characters,which is the basis for studying Chinese characters.They can be divided into character formation components and character non formation components,according to whether they can be individually used.Character non formation components refer to components that cannot be written separately.Because most of the character non formation components cannot be understood by their shape and have no fixed name,they have not caused widespread concern and there is also no much reach has been done on them.Character non formation component have a very important role in the research and application of Chinese characters.This content used "Ceneral Standard Chinese Characters Table" as the first survey material,splits the 8105 Chinese characters in the table,finds out character non formation component(278 in total),then analyzes and names them,gives suggested pronunciations,and discusses it’s application value.This content is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the source of the topic and the research status in detail.The second chapter analyzes the Character non formation components.First,the principle of Chinese character splitting and the criteria for judging Character non formation components are determined.Then the source of the Character non formation components is traced,and their functions and evolution rules are summarized.Based on previous studies,the third chapter determines the principles for naming Character formation components and character non formation components.The fourth chapter discusses the application of Character non formation components in the teaching of Chinese characters in primary and secondary schools,the compilation of dictionaries,and the processing of computer Chinese information.First investigate the application status of Character non formation components in these three aspects,and then make reasonable suggestions.The fifth Chapter summarizes the whole text.At the end of the text is a " Character Non Formation Components Table",which lists the shape of Character non formation components at different stages of development of Chinese characters,and presents its evolution in a more intuitive way.And give some suggestions and examples.
