Research On The Design And Application Of Integrating Speed Training Into Children’s Latin Dance Teaching

Latin dance is very popular in China.Many children’s Latin dance training institutions are all over the country.More and more children begin to learn Latin dance.In this study,teachers establish a relatively complete theoretical system of speed training program for children’s Latin dance teaching in China through the way of "speed training integrated into children’s Latin dance teaching" in the process of children’s learning,and improve the quality of children’s Latin dance teaching and training and enhance the effect of children’s Latin dancers’ performance through the theoretical system,based on theoretical discussion,Design speed training teaching content for implementation.In this study,literature,teaching practice,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics are adopted.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the relevant literature of "speed training" in the teaching and research of children’s Latin dance,and according to the influence of speed quality and the characteristics of Latin dance itself on children’s Latin dance project,the design and application of "speed training integrated into children’s Latin Dance Teaching" are preliminarily studied.At the same time,we collected,collated,counted and analyzed the relevant data and data,and got the following conclusions:(1)Through the new teaching method of "speed training integrated into children’s Latin dance teaching",children’s response speed,movement speed,displacement speed and speed strength control have been significantly improved,and the speed and strength of other body parts have also been improved.Moreover,the performance effect and love of Latin dance of students have been improved correspondingly.(2)In the teaching experiment: through the way of integrating sports games into Latin dance teaching,different sports games correspond to different speed training,improving the speed of different parts of the body.The learning content of Latin dance in the teaching process is also designed after analysis.Considering that different teaching content affects children’s exercise at different speeds,the teaching scheme of Latin dance is put forward.Moreover,the music and other activities imposed in the teaching process are very effective to improve the level of teaching activities.(3)The teaching experiment shows that the new teaching method of "speed training integrated into Latin dance teaching for children" not only improves the quality of Latin dance teaching,but also enhances the performance of Latin dancers for children.The teaching effect is better.Children’s speed quality has been significantly improved through speed training.Latin dance skills have achieved the purpose of learning in the teaching process.Music input in the teaching process enhances students’ sense of rhythm."Speed training integrated into children’s Latin dance teaching" has aroused students’ enthusiasm for learning in many aspects different from conventional teaching.
