Latin dance has been widely developed in China in recent years,and many out-of-school training institutions have offered Latin dance courses in the market.However,for the sake of interests,the phenomenon of mixed teaching of new and old students and cross-age teaching in out-of-school training institutions is widespread,which has seriously affected the teaching quality of Latin dance for children.To this end,the education department issued a number of directives for offcampus training institutions,requiring the standardization of many aspects of teaching in off-campus training institutions.In response to the call of the state,the author will focus on the differences of children Latin dance students in Chengdu off-campus training institutions,and design teaching cases in different levels in class,aiming at providing practical research for relevant practitioners and researchers.Through the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview and case design,combined with the special situation of Latin dance teaching for children in out-ofschool training institutions in Chengdu,this paper chooses a new type of stratified teaching method,which combines age stratification and technology stratification,to form a systematic and operable teaching sample,and on the basis of case design.Practice.The results show that:(1)The mixed stratified teaching in Latin dance classes for children in out-ofschool training institutions meets the needs of Latin dance teaching for children in outof-school training institutions.It helps to improve the technical level of Latin dance for children,build up students' self-confidence in learning,cultivate and consolidate students' interest in learning,and let students continue to participate in Latin dance training.(2)The success of this case design shows the operability of the mixed hierarchical teaching structure in Latin dance classes for children in out-of-school training institutions,which has reference value.That is,the analysis of teaching content,the stratification of learners,the stratification of teaching objectives,the design of organizational teaching methods and the design of teaching evaluation.(3)The analysis of teaching content in case design should not only analyze the knowledge,skill and promotion of teaching content,but also classify teaching content so that teachers can set teaching objectives and control classroom teaching more clearly.(4)When stratifying learners,teachers should not only consider the generality of students' growth and development,but also understand the particularity of individual students' growth and development in the process of age stratification.In the process of technology stratification,teachers should not only understand the technical level of students,but also understand the psychological status of students.(5)The stratification of teaching objectives is based on the classification of cognitive objectives,emotional objectives,technical objectives and physical objectives,corresponding to the teaching content section,and designing the specific objectives that the current students want to achieve.(6)The design of organizational teaching method should select suitable queue form according to the teaching content module to combine specific teaching methods.(7)The design of teaching evaluation should increase the items of evaluation according to the change of learning content in the established evaluation framework,and make specific requirements for different levels.(8)The way of mixing age stratification and technology stratification is too complex,which requires higher theoretical basis and teaching attitude of teachers,especially in the early stage of teaching.However,after the students' nutrient level teaching habits in the late stage of teaching,it can proceed smoothly.In view of the problems found in the course of this study,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions,which can provide reference for the implementation and promotion of layered teaching of Latin dance for children in out-of-school training institutions in the future.
