Research On The Participation Of Rural Cultural Self-Organization In Village Governance

The proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy has increasingly affected the development of rural organization.In this national macro strategy,rural cultural revitalization is gradually put on the agenda with the construction of new socialist countryside and beautiful countryside,and has become a beneficial factor affecting the level of village governance.The emergence of rural cultural self-organization,with its long-standing local cultural spiritual ties,integrates the individual villagers in the form of civil society.Its own value is closely connected with the improvement of the level of village governance and the transformation of the pattern of village governance.In this paper,taking K village self-help class in Shaanxi Province as an example,starting from the Governance Dilemma in the current stage of village governance,the Governance Dilemma with universality in village governance is taken as the problem consciousness of this paper.Based on the participatory governance theory and social interaction theory,the research on the participation of rural cultural self-organization in village governance is carried out.This paper constructs an analysis framework of "governance subject governance action governance effect",divides village governance into three parts: governance subject,governance action and governance effect,and further analyzes the research of village governance with self-organization of rural culture and cultureThe conclusions are as follows:(1)in the main part of village governance,there are complementary relationship of governance interests and equal relationship driven by interest between fun class and other two governance subjects(village level organizations and villagers)respectively;(2)the governance actions of fun class participating in village governance are manifested by five concrete actions,namely,social mobilization Action,mobilization of relational capital,internal arrangement and social division of labor,cooperation with village organizations and guiding action of ritual operation are analyzed.(3)On the basis of the above two aspects,the paper responds to the dilemma of village governance discussed in the second chapter from three aspects: the satisfaction of villagers' cultural needs,the improvement of administrative efficiency of village level organizations,and the strengthening of villagers' interpersonal relations,forming a sharp contrast before and after the participation of fun class in village governance,further reflecting the participation of fun class And village governance,to solve the Governance Dilemma.Then from the three aspects of governance subject,governance action and governance effect,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy for the self-help class to participate in village governance,that is,to cultivate the rural cultural elite,to improve the community governance ability and to rebuild the village public spirit,so as to improve the level of modern village governance and achieve the ultimate goal of effective village governance...
