Geographical Research On Phonology In Zhanjiang Min Dialects

In this thesis,twelve dialect points in Zhanjiang are taken as the main survey objects,combined with the six dialect points materials surveyed by the predecessors.On the one hand,through the comparison with the Middle Ancient Chinese,the Zhanjiang Min dialect is systematically organized to reveal the basic features and phonetic features in detail and uses the map to show the nuances and distribution characteristics of Zhanjiang Min dialects.On the other hand,through the comparison of synchronic time,this paper explores the development and evolution process of Zhanjiang Min dialects and summarizes the performance of them.The thesis is divided into eight chapters: The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the human geography and dialects of Zhanjiang,the status quo of Zhanjiang's research on Min dialects,the research value,purpose,method and dialect point's selection,material source and phonetic use.The second chapter introduces the current pronunciation of the initial consonant of the dialect points in Zhanjiang Min dialects,clarifizes the characteristics of the initial consonants,and sort out the similarities and differences between the initial consonants and the meaningful differences.The item is displayed on the map and analyzed to explain the reasons for the differences and the geographical distribution characteristics.The third chapter explores the distinctive features and evolution mechanism of the initial consonants through synchronic comparison and comparison with peripheral dialects.A total of six small topics are set up for discussion.The fourth chapter introduces the current situation of the compound vowels of various dialect points in Zhanjiang.The maps are also used to display the valuable items and to analyzed and explained the distribution characteristics.The fifth chapter introduces the pattern of the "7+1" of Zhanjiang Min dialect 's tones,and displays its distribution through maps.The sixth chapter combs the performance of Zhanjiang proverbs from all aspects,and discusses the attributes of Lanshidong dialect.The seventh chapter summarizes the different types of geographical distribution of Zhanjiang Min dialect,including isolated,dichotomous and other types.The eighth chapter is the conclusion,summarizing the key findings of the full text.
