Research On Intelligent Development Strategy Of Cinema Service In China

As of December 31 in 2018,9303 new screens have been added to cinemas nationwide,with a total of 6,079 screens and an increase of 18.32% year on year,ranking the first in the world.The total box office of Chinese films in 2018 exceeded 60 billion yuan,reaching 60.976 billion yuan.The year-on-year growth rate was 9.06%.In 2018,the number of moviegoers nationwide was 1.716 billion,with an increase of 5.93% year on year.The increase in the number of domestic screens was significantly higher than that of domestic box office and moviegoers,resulting in a decline in the output of single-screen box office.Under the pressure of rising rents and costs of new cinemas,the number of new cinemas is increasing,and the overall profitability of cinema operation is greatly affected.In this background,the cinema service overall intelligent industry keeps up with the development of the times,at present our country cinema's biggest cost is labor and the rent cost.Since the cost of rent in the cinema construction has been completed,it's hard to negotiate with the developers,so how to reasonably reduce theater labor costs is the core issue for the future development of Chinese cinema.The cinema industry is a labor-intensive service industry,and more service personnel is demanded.So with the artificial intelligence arising across the country,how to bring intelligent devices into the cinema service industry through intelligent cinema service operation mode has become the whole theater industry of a project,in order to continuously reducing the labor cost of cinema at the same time and enhancing the overall operating efficiency of the cinema services.Therefore,exploring the development strategy target of cinema service intelligent over a period of time in the future has very important practical significance and strategic significance.In addition,according to the continuous growth of China's annual box office,it is estimated that the box office will exceed 100 billion yuan in 2025.At the same time,the sustainable development of intelligent cinema service is also a problem to be considered in the research.In this paper,related researches about the Chinese theater management,artificial intelligence,intelligent service industry and strategic development research policy has been reviewed and we found that the development of Chinese cinema is quick.Then we combed the relevant policies in the development of cinema in China,and evaluated the policy effect,we found that the policy of our country cinema intelligent service industry development has played a certain role in promoting.Next we analyze the current status of development of the intelligent industry,and on the basis of following the principle of a certain market,we build the theaters intelligent service development strategy,trying to use the relevant analytical tools to analyze the strategic positioning of intelligent cinema service,and to formulates three strategic plans of differentiation strategy,management strategy and supporting strategy.Finally,according to the current situation and problems of intelligent cinema service,we formulate the safeguard measures for the implementation of intelligent development strategy of cinema service.
