Ethnic Elements And Performance In Bartok's Romanian Folk Dance

Bela Bartok was not only a great Hungarian composer in the first half of the 20 th century,but also a folk musician.He skillfully combined western classical and eastern European ethnic music to create a unique ethnic music language.His "Romanian folk dance music" is a rare classic in the violin music library with the style of folk music.This paper demonstrates the embodiment of national elements in the melody theme,rhythm,harmony logic,mode and tonality in Romanian Folk Dance Music,and analyzes the performance techniques of the music in combination with its own performance practice.This article takes Romanian ethnic elements as the research perspective,and on the basis of the analysis of the theme material,mode organization,rhythm and beat and special sound effects of the work,it explores and sums up various expressions of Romanian ethnic style in the music creation.At the same time,this paper combines with its own practice,puts forward a distinct performance point of view,and combines the performance techniques with Romanian ethnic elements,providing a certain theoretical basis for the actual performance.
