Extensive development mode brings not only economic prosperity,but also a series of environmental problems.Standing at the height of history and the overall situation,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a comprehensive plan to promote the overall strategic layout of "five in one" in the new era.Under this historical background,the concept of green development promoted by economic and environmental protection puts forward new requirements and challenges to the competent department of ecological environment protection.It has become an important responsibility of the competent departments of ecological environment protection at all levels to make a good fight for pollution prevention and control,solve the outstanding environmental problems and promote the sustainable improvement of the ecological environment.The departments in charge of environmental protection at all levels,especially those in charge of environmental protection at the grass-roots level,have made painstaking efforts in the campaign "resolutely fighting pollution control and tackling tough battles".The pressure and job burnout that followed have not only affected the physical and mental health of individuals,but also brought challenges to the protection of ecological environment.In this paper,the working staff(including leaders and ordinary cadres)of the ecological environment bureaus in Chongqing districts and counties are taken as the research objects.The questionnaire of civil servants' work pressure source,social support rating scale and job burnout scale are used to investigate the relevant personnel.278 questionnaires are issued and 223 questionnaires are effectively recovered.This paper investigates the status quo of work pressure,job burnout and social support of the staff in the grass-roots environmental protection system,analyzes the differences of work pressure,job burnout and social support in demographic variables,explores the relationship among work pressure,job burnout and social support,and provides suggestions for alleviating the work pressure and job burnout of the relevant staff,so as to reduce the impact on personal career development and social support The adverse impact of organizational development,and constantly improve the level of ecological environment protection and governance.The results show that:1.The working pressure,social support and job burnout of the staff in the grass-roots environmental protection system are above the medium level.2.The work pressure,job burnout and social support of the grass-roots environmental protection system personnel have significant differences in demographic variables.Among them,there are significant differences in age,years of work and position;there are significant differences in gender,years of work and marital status in social support;there are significant differences in age,education,years of work and position in job burnout.3.Work pressure,job burnout and social support are related.There is a significant positive correlation between work pressure and job burnout,and work pressure can predict job burnout;there is a significant negative correlation between work pressure and social support,and work pressure can predict social support;there is a significant negative correlation between social support and job burnout,and social support can also predict job burnout.4.Social support plays a moderating role in the relationship between work pressure and job burnout: subjective support regulates the relationship between work pressure and job burnout,objective support regulates the relationship between work pressure and job burnout,and the moderating effect of support utilization is not significant.
