Grass-roots civil servants are major undertaker to promote the implement of national policy,also are the local public affairs directly,their job stress and job burnout problem are directly related to the party's ruling foundation and the stability of the society.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and society,and the transition of the function of the service-oriented government,grass-roots civil servants to undertake more and more work tasks,and the promotion space is narrow,the assessment project is various,they feel the work pressure is more and more big,the job burnout problem increasingly prominent.Previous research on job stress and job burnout are mainly concentrated in typical professional groups such as doctors,teachers,staff,study this huge group of grass-roots civil servants are rare.Work family conflict is the product of individual character interaction,and the professional group has an important function for the individual,family and work.Therefore,to explore grass-roots civil servants job stress,the relationship between work family conflict and job burnout,to strengthen the construction of grass-roots civil servants,promote their execution has theory and practical significance.Under this background,the research adopted method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistics,with 273 junior civil servants urban part of county of Human Province as the research object,used SPSS statistical analysis software,used Independent sample t test,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and used AMOS to establish the structural equation model for the mediating effect test and discussed the relationship between job stress,grass-roots work family conflict and job burnout of the three.Research results showed that:(1)The job stress of grass-roots civil servants there were significant differences in age,marital status,education,working experience and other demographic variables;(2)The grass-roots civil servants work family conflict had significant differences in gender,age,marital status,working experience and other demographic variables;(3)The grass-roots civil servants job burnout had significant differences in gender,age,education,working experience and administrative level and other demographic variables;(4)The grass-roots civil servants' job stress had a significant positive predictive effect on job burnout,that was,the greater the grass-roots civil servants job pressure,the more serious their job burnout;(5)The job stress of civil servants at the grass-roots level had a significant positive predictive effect on the work family conflict,which was,the greater the grass-roots civil servants job stress,the higher the level of work family conflict;(6)The work family conflict of civil servants at the grass-roots level had a significant positive predictive effect on job burnout,that was,the higher the level of work family conflict,the more serious the job burnout;(7)The work family conflict of civil servants at the basic level had a complete mediating role between job stress and job burnout.Finally,the limitations of this study were discussed and suggestions for future research were proposed.
