Chinese film creators are good at creating films with Chinese symbols from the perspective of national culture and social issues.This paper studies the expression of traumatic experience films in China from the historical perspective.First of all,we should start from the creative intention of the film text.Director Xiaogang Feng plays an important role in the development of Chinese commercial films because of his strong personal style.It is noteworthy that the historical theme film "Aggregation" released in 2007 has achieved good commercial performance in that year,while the rich traumatic experience expressed in the film also attracted the attention of the Chinese film academia at that time.Facts have proved that many of Xiaogang Feng's latest films,such as <Tangshan Earthquake>,1942 and<Fanghua>,convey such creative intentions in the choice of themes.As a successful commercial film director,Xiaogang Feng can balance the value of commercial movies and enthusiasm expression of traumatic experience,which surely come from the grow up environment and professional background.Therefore,when we study Director Feng's traumatic movies and Chinese traumatic movies with similar creative intentions,we cannot avoid the director's "trauma" of his youth culture and how to "bridge" his thinking.This should based on a specific historical horizon for the expression of traumatic experience.In the context of historical horizon,traumatic experience has based on cultural memory and historical reproduction.No matter individual culture or group culture,in fact,the long history will eventually merge national character and national memory.The expression of traumatic experience in Chinese movies is the expression of traumatic experience of a group of people or a generation,and the expression of common traumatic memory of the Chinese nation.Its form of expression is mainly embodied in taking national culture as the basis,ordiscussing the significance of the times from culture,or reflecting on human nature from the background of the times.Through the analysis of the expression forms of National Traumatic experience,this paper explores the historical reproduction and cultural memory in Chinese films,and then interprets the intention of traumatic experience expressed in films,and the value of traumatic experience theme for future Chinese film creation.The full text is divided into three parts and six chapters.The first chapter,introduction,elaborates the background and significance of the research,literature review and research methods of the subject;the second chapter,through the elaboration of relevant concepts,from the pathological study of traumatic experience to the extensive discussion of psychological trauma caused by war to the theme of literary films and TV plays,fully illustrates the significance of the study of traumatic experience and the value of historical reproduction in film and television plays;Chapters 3,4 and 5 are the important parts of this paper.It is divided into three parts: trauma presentation,narrative characteristics and cultural reflection.It is analyzed by Feng Xiaogang's trauma experience films.It summarizes the influence and significance of trauma experience films on the development of Chinese films from the historical perspective.The last part is the conclusion,which is based on the box office trend of modern commercial films,to analyze the future development of trauma experience films.
