A Preliminary Study On The Development Mode Of Shandong Zhanhua Yugu Opera Troupe

Zhanhua Yugu opera is a national intangible cultural heritage of strong regional color and a brilliant link in the history of Chinese culture.In recent years,the preservation and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage has faced many challenges,such as the dominance of pop music in the music market,the spread of multimedia,and the internationalization of the art market.In the face of many setbacks,the fate of Zhanhua's Yugu opera troupe is tied to that of Z h a n h u a ' s.T h e de v e l o p m e n t o f t h e t r o u p e,t h e pr o t e c t i o n a n d inheriance of the genre of the play are fraught with difficulties.Based on the background of promoting the prosperity and development of literature and art,protecting and inheriting the intangible Cultural Heritage,the author makes a preliminary study on how the Yugu opera troupe of Zhanhua rose from the ashes of adversity.In this paper,the methods of interview,Literature,Induction and deduction are used to explore the development of Zhanhua Yugu Opera Troupe.The author analyzes the Yugu Opera Troupe from the following five dimensions: ontology analysis,market positioning,human resource management,promotion and development of the problems and suggestions.The author sums up some experience by exploring the development mode of Zhanhua fishing drum opera.It is hoped that it can be used for reference by other local arts groups,and can also be used as a reference for similar arts groups that are under key protection by the intangible cultural heritage.
