Primary school from the lower grade to the upper grade is a process for students to gradually expand their knowledge from less to more,from decentralized to the system.Attention quality has an important and far-reaching influence on the learning situation of primary school students,the eff-iciency of classroom listening and academic performance.At present,primary school students in the classroom and learning activities of the state of attention is worrying,but good in recent research shows that individual attention quality can be improved through systematic,scientific attention training.In foreign countries,the psychological and physiological mechanisms of mindfulness training that affect individual attention are gradually confirmed.It has the characteristics and advantages of operability,wide audience and high integration,which can not only improve individual attention,but also have a positive impact on psychological development.Based on this,this study will design experiments to explore the effect of mindfulness training on the attention of middle primary students.The main research content is as follows:(1)To carry out a literature review to explore the attention characteristics of middle school students and the existing various ways of attention training advantages and disadvantages.(2)According to the attention and physical and mental characteristics of fourth grade students to improve the mindfulness training activities design program,improve the practicality and applicability of the training program.(3)Design experiments and conduct six weeks of mindfulness training for the experimental group.(4)The attention quality and mindfulness level of the pre-test and post-test experimental group and the control group were measured by using the attention-based network test and the five-factor mindfulness scale.The data collection is analyzed and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Mindfulness Activity Training Program can effectively improve the mindfulness level of students in the experimental group,indicating that the program has significant training effect.(2)After mindfulness training,the experimental group scored significantly on observing and describing the two factors in the five-factor scale,and there was no significant difference in the three factors of conscious action,non-judgment and non-evaluation,while there was no significant change in the score on the five factors of the control group.(3)After mindfulness training,the attention of the experimental group was significantly improved,and the network function was significantly improved.The experimental group paid attention to the alert network,the execution control network improved significantly after training,and the directional network did not change significantly,and the control group paid attention to the alert network,the attention to the directional network and the attention to the execution control network have no significant changes.
