Ruan is one of the national musical instruments in China,which belongs to plucked string instruments.Now it can be divided into a series of musical instruments,such as soprano Ruan,Xiao Ruan,zhongruan and Da Ruan.With the continuous development of Ruan music art,the performance form of Ruan duet is gradually active on various stages.The so-called Ruan ensemble is a kind of performance form including high pitched Ruan,small Ruan,central Ruan,big Ruan and other instruments,which is characterized by unified timbre and more integrated voice.In addition,each independent instrument in Ruan ensemble has its own characteristics.It has a wide range,soft voice,interwoven with each other,and its expressive power is more abundant,which better presents the charm of Ruan musicThis is a duet of Ruan in the form of tenor Ruan,Xiao Ruan,zhongruan and Da Ruan.It has a strong style of western region.Its composer is Mr.Lin Jiliang,a famous Ruan performer,educator and composer.This paper is mainly divided into three parts,respectively,from the composition characteristics of music,the application of performance techniques and performance of these three aspects,and combined with their own performance experience to analyze the music.
