In order to discuss the problems existing in the localization of Chinese teachers training process,finally form an investigation report,this paper takes the Confucius Institute at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University as an example,and takes the local Chinese teachers who participated in the training at Confucius Institute as the research object,through qualitative research methods,macro-comprehensive analysis methods,survey analysis methods,and literature research methods,and then make an in-depth investigation of Thailand's domestic Chinese teachers training programs.Firstly this article comprehensively summarize and sort out the data of localization of Chinese teachers training.Since its establishment in December 2006,the Confucius Institute in Bansomde has been characterized by "teacher education".In the past 14 years,it has trained more than 70,000 local Chinese teachers.Furthermore it firstly found training model of the Bangkok Education Bureau,which greatly complemented the local Chinese teachers in Thailand,improved the teaching level of local Chinese teachers and made a huge contribution to the localization of Thai Chinese teachers.Secondly,the situation of the trainees in the Confucius Institute at Bansonde was investigated and analyzed.Based on the second language acquisition learning motivation theory,based on the questionnaire survey of the trainees,it is concluded that the local Chinese teachers 'learning motivation is mainly "tool-based motivation",while the other students' training motivation is mainly "integrated motivation";Interviews with local Chinese teachers and relevant trainers have received feedback: The training content does not match the actual needs,external social factors are not conducive to the professional growth of local Chinese teachers,and students have insufficient motivation to learn.In the end,through the above investigation and research,the problems arising from the localization of Thai Chinese teachers were thoroughly analyzed from the training side and the local Chinese teachers.Based on the theory of teaching psychology and the professional development stage of teachers Proposed: countermeasures and suggestions for establishing scientific teaching design and constructing a hierarchical training system.
