The talent training mode is the embodiment of educational thought,a basic problem in the field of higher education,the basis for formulating talent training programs in universities,the motivation guarantee for how to train people,and the determinant of the quality of talent training in universities.Talent training model With the deepening of the reform of the education system and the diversified development of social education needs,it has guiding significance for the establishment of professional talent training goals,the implementation of the training process,and the development of training evaluation.However,the reform and innovation of the talent training model remain It is a weak link in the development of higher education.It is necessary for us to thoroughly study the current situation,problems,influencing factors and improvement measures of the current talent training model to provide due services for professional development and talent training.This study was conducted through research methods such as questionnaire surveys,interviews,and statistical analysis.This article summarizes the current research status of the connotation,influencing factors,and structural dimensions of the talent training model,as well as the current status of research on talent training models in Southeast Asian language Professionals at home and abroad.This research is based on the internal and external relations of education and the competence-based education theory,and combined with national and Yunnan province policy interpretations on talent training models in Southeast Asian language Professionals,it builds a theoretical basis for the study of the cultivation of talent training models in Southeast Asian language Professionals.This research divides the talent training model into three dimensions: talent training goals,talent training process,and talent training evaluation.The statistical analysis results show that there is no significant difference in the impact of demographic variables on student satisfaction with the training process.The research found that the overall recognition of talent cultivation among students of SoutheastAsian languages majors at Yunnan Normal University is moderately high.The existing training goals are different from the actual needs of the society,the curriculum planning does not fully meet the needs of the students,there are cognitive biases in the implementation of the teaching process,the incomplete teacher construction system,regional constraints on the source of students,poor teaching environment,and the lack of evaluation systems.Aiming at the problems in the training of Southeast Asian language professionals,this study analyzes the current situation of the needs of Southeast Asian language professionals at the national,social,university,and student levels.In strict accordance the dimensions of the talent training model as defined in this article,It puts forward five countermeasures to strengthen the function of talent training objectives,deepen the practicality and rationality of the curriculum system,optimize the management system of teachers and students,strengthen the effectiveness of the teaching process,and improve the integrity and feedback of talent training evaluation.
