Intervention Study On Children's Self-awareness And Behavior Problems In Deep Poverty-stricken County

We found that there were behavior problems in students from poor household,which not only had on influenced daily life,social communication and their study,but also on their character,emotion and behavior when they grew older and the problems would show up in their marriage or work and could bring a series of social problems.Hence based on the analysis of previous researches,combining children's character and taking N county,Qingyang city,Gansu province as the example,we firstly adopt the questionnaire method to make the research on children's self consciousness and behavior problem in poorest household of this county and select and make plans of group counseling,and to find the intervention methods to increase children's self consciousness of primary school students in poorest household improve their behavior problems.There are two main parts in this study: the first part is the research of the intervention study of children's self consciousness,behavior problems and group counseling in poorest household,and the second part is the study of intervention experiment.The piers-Harris(PHCSS)and CBCL parent symptoms questionnaire(Conners)these two profiles with high reliability and validity was adopted in the first part,it made the data check on 766 children through stratified sampling method and analyzed children's self consciousness and behavior problems in poverty-stricken areas.The second part is the intervention study with the group counseling method to make the intervention to the selected self consciousness and behavior problem children.The study adopts the fore-and-aft survey of experimental group and control group,through the standardized test,group counseling procedural assessment questionnaire and group after tracking interview and other evaluation method to evaluate the intervention effect,and the conclusions are drew as following:The growth group counseling is helpful to raise children's self consciousness level in poorest householdsThe growth group counseling is helpful to improve the children's behaviorproblems in poorest householdsThe group counseling scheme in this study is effective...
