At present,China's economic growth rate has slowed down,and the development mode has changed from scale speed to quality improvement and efficiency enhancement,and economic development has entered a new normal.During the "13th Five-Year",the cultural and creative industries also have to adjust their development ideas and optimize the way of development to make it change from the quantity growth to the improvement of the quality and so as to adapt to the economic development situation under the new normal condition.Innovation is the soul of the survival and development of cultural and creative enterprises,and plays a key role in the development direction,scale and speed of development of enterprises.To some extent,the innovation ability of cultural and creative enterprises determines the important role that cultural and creative industries play in stabilizing China's economic growth,cultivating new growth points and promoting the deep adjustment of economic structure.At present,the lack of innovative ability of cultural and creative enterprises seriously restricts the sustainable and healthy development process of cultural and creative industries.Therefore,improving the innovative ability of cultural and creative enterprises,making them healthy,fast and sustainable development has become one of the most urgent problems to solve.Based on the connotation of cultural creative enterprises and their innovation ability,this paper makes a reference to the previous literature on the innovation elements and the enterprise value chain,and puts forward the process model of the innovation of cultural and creative enterprises by the combination of the two parties,analyzes the process of innovation,and constructs the evaluation index system of innovation capability of Chinese cultural and creative enterprises from the perspective of innovation input and output,according to the knowledge intensive enterprises in the modern service industry and the third edition of "Oslo Manual".then uses the principal component analysis method in SPSS software to make an empirical analysis on its innovation ability.The results are as follows:the innovation ability of Chinese cultural and creative enterprises is lower from the whole.and there are obvious differences in innovation ability between different enterprises and industries.What are the factors that may lead to the existence of this difference?In this paper,we find out the possible influencing factors from the internal and external of the enterprise,and put forward the corresponding hypothesis.Through the Eviews7.2 software,multiple linear regression analysis and linear regression model are established,and the concrete conclusions are obtained.That is,the scale of the enterprise,the moderate ownership concentration,the mass cultural consumption,the intensity of intellectual property protection and the level of information have a positive effect on the innovation ability of the cultural and creative enterprises at the present stage.Then,combined with the results of empirical research,auxiliary analysis is carried out in real cases.From the above empirical analysis,the following suggestions are put forward:first,the cultural and creative enterprises should pay full attention to the cultivation of creative talents,attach importance to the development of core technology in order to make creative and technology integrate effectively,and pay more attention to the innovation of marketing mode.Secondly,different cultural and creative enterprises in different industries should emphasize their short board completions on the basis of giving full play to their own advantages.For example,enterprises in the press and publishing industry should be based on the advantages of content resources,actively use the Internet technology to the various links of news and publishing,improve production efficiency,save resource costs,and thus expand the value of the existing content.Thirdly,we should give full play to the scale effect and knowledge spillover of the cultural and creative industry agglomeration areas to promote the development of cultural and creative enterprises.The enterprises should optimize the ownership structure of the company and establish the optimal concentration of equity to better promote the innovation activities;activate the consumption potential,and guide the innovation of cultural consumption and promote the policy,and then provide more opportunities for the development of cultural and creative enterprises;increase the protection of intellectual property rights,guarantee the motivation of creative and innovation;make full use of the development opportunities of digital and network;improve the level of regional information,and provide scientific support for the development of cultural and creative enterprises.
