With the rapid development of the knowledge economy, creative era has arrived. Facingthe fierce market competition, it becomes one of the most important issues, based on cultureand creativity, on how to take advantage of our unique traditional cultural strengths and avoidweaknesses, to enhance the cultural and creative enterprises in independent innovationcapability as soon as possible, and to ensure the survival and continuous development. Baseon the above, it makes clear of the influencing factors on the independent innovationcapability for China’s cultural and creative enterprises, establishes China’s cultural andcreative enterprises independent innovation capability evaluation index system, and usesFAHP method for evaluation.It first analyzes China’s cultural and creative enterprises independent innovationcapability background, and reviews the current research development of independentinnovation capability in cultural and creative enterprises both at home and abroad. Afterillustrating the related concepts including cultural and creative enterprises, independentinnovation ability, cultural and creative enterprise independent innovation capability andFAHP, it conducts systematic analysis on the current independent innovation capability of thecultural and creative enterprises from the aspects of independent innovation capitalpreparation, research and development investment, and human resources investment. In orderto correctly evaluate the independent innovation capability of cultural and creative enterprisesin China and effectively improve the capability, it analyzes the influencing factors on it, fromthe aspects of creative research capability, creative production capability, creative marketingcapability and creative management capability. Following the general principles forevaluation index system establishment, it constructs the independent innovation capabilityevaluation index system for cultural and creative enterprises in China, which includes foursecondary indices and18first-level indices. It uses FAHP method for evaluation and takesDalian AC Cultural and Creative Company as an example to conduct empirical analysis. Finally, from a strategic point of view, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures toincrease the independent innovation capability of the cultural and creative enterprises inChina, so as to provide constructive guidance for management decision-makers of culturaland creative enterprises.
