This paper takes African students from the International Cultural Education Center of Guangdong University of Technology as the survey object.Based on the study of language,culture and ethnic identity at home and abroad,this paper compiled a questionnaire on Chinese language,culture and ethnic identity for African students in Guangzhou.This paper uses the method of variance analysis to examine the influence of African students' Chinese learning time factors on their recognition in various aspects,and then uses the relevant analysis to examine the the relationship between language identity,cultural identity,ethnic identity and their comprehensive level,the level of spoken language and the level of Chinese characters,and finally through interviews to understand the subjective view of international students.Research indicates:First,the Chinese language,culture,and ethnic identity of African students are maintained at a general level.Language identity is higher than culture,ethnic identity,and cultural identity is the lowest.Secondly,there is a significant positive correlation between Chinese language proficiency,oral level and Chinese character level in the language recognition and intermediate Chinese learning stages,and there is no significant correlation between Chinese comprehensive level,oral level and Chinese character level in the students of the junior and high Chinese learning stage..Thirdly,cultural identity is significantly correlated with the overall oral English level of African students,but it has no significant correlation with the oral English level of African students in different Chinese learning stages,and has no significant correlation with the level of Chinese language and Chinese characters of African students.Fourth,ethnic identity has no significant correlation with the level of Chinese comprehensive,oral level,and Chinese character of African students.Fifth,there is a significant correlation between the language,culture,and ethnicidentity of African students.There was a significant positive correlation between language identity and cultural identity.There was a significant positive correlation between language identity and ethnic identity,and there was a significant positive correlation between cultural identity and ethnic identity.Sixth,the length of Chinese language learning in China has affected the language identity and cultural identity of African students.Their identity has increased with the increase of time.From "half a year or so" to "a year or so",the rate of increase is relatively fast.Over the years,the rate of increase has gradually slowed down.The factors of studying Chinese in Chinese did not affect their ethnic identity.
