| As a comprehensive landscape composed of natural landscape and human landscape,the characteristic towns are the epitome of cultural traditions and folk customs in the region.With the development of characteristic towns and cultural blocks,the homogenization of business construction has become increasingly serious.In an era when the creative economy has become a new growth point for the world economy,guided by the concept of innovation,it will dig deep into local cultural connotations and superior resources,and will innovate elements and traditions.This research has expanded the research field of tourism characteristics of small towns,deepened the research on innovative economic theory,and provided new ideas for the promotion of tourism characteristics of small towns.Taking the Longji International Tourism Town(hereinafter referred to as the characteristic town or town)as an example,using the theory of creative economy,local knowledge theory and spatial structure theory as the guide,the literature research method,field investigation method and qualitative analysis are adopted.A variety of research methods,such as the combination of quantitative research,have explored the format of Longji International Tourism Town.This research has expanded the research horizon of tourism characteristics of small towns,deepened the research on innovative economic theory,and provided new ideas for the promotion of tourism characteristics of small towns.The whole research is based on the logical order of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.On the basis of combing and reviewing the research results and field investigations of the predecessors,the paper describes the overall status of the town and analyzes the characteristics of the business,and proposes The problems of its development and analysis of the factors that have these problems,and finally put forward the ideas,goals,methods,functional layout and specific construction measures of the township construction.The paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The format of the township is mainly based on the lifestyle of the local residents,and the tourism industry is very rare for tourists.The retail industry is the most numerous format;In the structure of the format,the format of the town,especially the tourism structure is incomplete,and there is a serious lack of leisure and entertainment.(2)Factors that limit the development of the town’s format include its own limiting factors,guiding factors in consumer behavior,and its own factors.(3)The construction of the town’s format is mainly based on the original format,focusing on the improvement of the catering industry category,accommodation business category,transportation industry category,recreation industry category,shopping business category,leisure and entertainment industry,etc.There are both formats and new formats,but they should be based on new formats,supplemented by the original format,and the original format can gradually move closer to the new format through the power of cultural creativity.(4)The development of the town’s format cannot be carried out in isolation,and it is necessary to develop jointly with the surrounding scenic spots,and pay attention to the development of its own industry.Based on the industry,it will integrate with agriculture,cultural and creative industries,and tourism.These converged industries are extended to create new formats.(5)The construction of the town’s format should be guided by the theory of creative economy,based on the market,with local culture as the source of creativity,imparting knowledge,motivation and creative thinking skills through individuals,enterprises or government agencies,in a good policy environment,funding and With the support of technology,we will create creative products with cultural creativity as the core,realize the transformation and optimization of the town’s business structure through image creativity,theme creativity and product creativity,and make the town the most representative nation in Guangxi and even the whole country.Cultural and creative towns,a multi-industry,service-oriented cultural and creative town that integrates shopping,catering,accommodation,production,tourism,leisure and entertainment services. |
