Research On The "Longji Model" Of Ethnic Cultural Tourism

The strategy of rural vitalization was formally proposed by Comrade Xi Jinping in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Through the interpretation of the connotation of the "the strategy of rural vitalization",it can be seen that industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization are the internal requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,and more importantly,an important path to realize the overall rural revitalization.For rural areas in ethnic areas with outstanding ethnic cultural characteristics,the development of tourism has become an important force for promoting ethnic cultural protection,social and economic development,improving the ecological environment and peasants' poverty alleviation.In order to deepen the understanding,further grasp the internal laws of the development of ethnic cultural tourism,improve the consciousness of practical work,under the guidance of the strategy of rural revitalization,the study of the development mode of ethnic cultural tourism has become a new research topic.This paper takes the implementation of the national strategy of revitalizing the countryside as the research background,takes the development of ethnic cultural tourism as the research object,takes the Longsheng Longji scenic area in Guangxi as an example,and uses the theory of community participation theory and stakeholder theory as the guide to deep integration of the countryside.The revitalization strategy of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent living requirements,through the literature research method,field investigation method,inductive summarization method,interview research method,systematic analysis and summary of the Longji scenic area in the nation the development of cultural tourism drives the experience and practices of rural revitalization.Since 1999,the Longji Scenic Area has been guided by the development of ethnic cultural tourism as a development orientation,and has produced a series of successful experiences and operational operating systems in the areas of tourism development management,industrial development,cultural protection,and poverty alleviation.The system is called “Longji Mode”,which includes development mode,profit model,marketing model,poverty alleviation mode,and protection mode,etc.In short,the "Longji Model" of ethnic cultural tourism is a kind of tourism economic development mode in which ethnic culture drives community stakeholders to participate in the development of tourism and promotes the effective protection of cultural and ecological resources,and achieves a harmonious and win-win situation for all subjects.It is the effective implementation of the five development concepts of “innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing” to guide the development of ethnic areas.Its main characteristics are that it constructs a harmonious symbiosis mechanism with the common participation of all stakeholders,clarifies the development and management responsibilities of all stakeholders,forms the joint development force of symbiosis and co-construction,and finally realizes the harmonious win-win situation of sharing and co-prosperity through the improved benefit compensation mechanism.The "Longji model" can provide experience for the tourism development of similar ethnic regions in China,and provide support for the effective implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy.
