As one of the earliest forms of painting in human history,murals are the spiritualcodes to interpret the traditional Chinese culture,among which the temple murals areundoubtedly the most colorful chapter in the traditional Chinese culture.Mr.Pan jiezi,a Chinese mural researcher,once said,"there are many places where there are murals,such as pilu temple in hebei province,yongle palace in ruicheng city in Shanxi Province,jiyi temple in xinjiang and qinglong temple in jishan.These murals are excellent,among which the qinglong temple murals are a bit better." Although the temple size of jishan qinglong temple in the yuan dynasty is limited,there are more than 190 square meters of murals in the temple and the rear.The amphibious paintings in the nave are the essence of the murals in qinglong temple.They are also the most ancient murals left in the temple.The amphibious paintings in the temple of qinglong temple are a collection of Buddha,god,man and ghost in one wall,which is the religious product of the integration of Buddhism,Taoism and Confucianism at that time.In the amphibious paintings,the god is divided into three layers,and the size is arranged in sequence,strewn at random,the content is complex,various items,both large and luxurious clothing,plump bodhisattva Ming king;There are also ten temple yan jun,netherworld execution of the horrible scene.Form the clear contrast between heaven and hell,the story is very strong,has the exhortation significance.In the back hall of qinglong temple,the composition of the "mele sutra diagram" is full.The three main buddhas stand tall,and the use of extremely powerful and rhythmic lines makes the whole hall murals solemn and imposing.The figures in the mural of qinglong temple are harmonious in proportion,the color is simple and elegant,and the line drawing is especially rigid and smooth.With jishan xinghua temple such as a division of the hand,character clothing style and yongle palace murals are very similar,qinglong temple and yongle palace murals can be said to be in one line.As the outstanding representative of the temple murals of the yuan dynasty,it is of far-reaching significance to the inheritance and innovation of contemporary paintings.This paper compares and studies the powerful lines and simple colors in the murals of qinglong temple,and draws on the outstanding works of the national art exhibition and the contemporary Chinese painters.This paper summarizes the inheritance and innovation of the mural paintings in qinglong temple by the contemporary Chinese painters.Through the study of the mural brush and ink,they can better master the skills of drawing lines and coloring,improve the ability of controlling large works,and make the lines more free and smooth without being restricted by the ruler.
