Research On The Teaching Reform Of Photography Skills Based On Innovative Talents Cultivation

With the development of knowledge economy and economic globalization,innovation has become the core driving force of a country's development,Cultivating innovative talents is an important measure to implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talent.The work of cultivating talents is a time consuming and comprehensive project.In order to fulfill this mission,colleges and universities need to constantly promote the work of education reform and actively explore the reform of teaching method for higher education,both in theory and practice.We should make great efforts to innovate the mode of personnel training,and seek scientific and effective ways of cultivating innovative talents.In this paper,it adopts the combination of theory and practice,also the combination of elaboration and reflection,using the photography Technology course reform practice as a case,carries out a deep exploration in the teaching reform practice which bases on the cultivation of innovative talents.This thesis consists of five chapters.In the first chapter,expounding through related literature of teaching reform at home and abroad,the research ideas have been well sorted out,as well as the research background,the core concept,the purpose and significance of the research and the research methods.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of this study,namely : innovative education theory,constructive learning theory,curriculum theory and multiple intelligence theory,these provide a theoretical support and guidance for this thesis.The third chapter,first of all,briefly discusses the characteristics of Photography Technology and the necessity of taking a teaching reform;secondly,it starts from the four aspects of the teaching reform practice of Photography Technology,gives the whole process of teaching reform a comprehensive and specific elaboration.Finally,adopted the empirical research,through data collection,questionnaires and interviews to analyze and summarize the practice effect of teaching reform.The fourth chapter,through the elaboration and the effect analysis of the teaching reform practice of Photography Technology,it summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.We should transform the teaching ideas and objectives specifically,improve the construction of curriculum system,innovative teaching methods,enrich the ways of training optimize the teaching evaluation mechanism and build a guarantee system for personnel training.Then putting forward suggestions from the above six aspects for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.In the fifth chapter,this paper summarizes the research conclusions,discusses the shortcomings of the present study,and gives an outlook for further research.
