Research The Improving Methods On College Cultivation Quality Of Special Talents For Sports Dance In Perspective Of The Supply-side Reform

With the continuous expansion of the scale of China's higher education,the quality of personnel training of higher education has attracted wide attention from the country and society.The theory of supply-side reform provides new ideas and methods for promoting the research on the quality of talent training in higher education in China.Similar to the principle of economic market,the demand side and supply side also exist in China's higher education.All works of life in society can be understood as the demand side,so the universities and colleges implementing education are the supply side and the products are talents.With the profound change of the social principal contradiction of the new era,the contradiction between the diversification demand of sports dance special talents by social development and the effective supply of sports dance special talents of the university is more and more apparent.The theory of supply-side reform provides a new perspective for solving this contradiction.Under the perspective of reform of the supply side and taking Wuhan Institute of Physical Education(WIPE)for example,on the basis of sports dance special talent training quality evaluation of higher institutes from three aspects of teachers,students and employers in the society,this paper used literature research,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and statistical analysis to mainly analyze the social problem of employment in the process of sports dance special talents cultivation faced by higher institutes and the influencing factors on the quality of the sports dance special talents training of higher institutes and etc.It also discussed improvement path of sports dance special talent training quality of higher institutes in the new era.the proposal of theory of supply-side reform provides new insights and methods for the research of the quality of talent training in higher education in China,this report takes Wuhan Institute of Physical Education for example and results as below:(1)The overall teaching quality of sports dance special talents of WHPE is high.WHPE cultivates numerous graduates who are quite professional and moral and makes great contribution to the sports dancing and national fitness,which is thought highly by various parties.Specially,the satisfaction rate for teacher is 90,while it for graduates is 62%and for employer is 83.33%.Teacher's self-assessment is higher than student's evaluation and employers' attitudes towards the teaching quality of sports dance special talents of WHPE are positive.(2)The degree of recognition for sports dance module in WHPE becomes increasingly great.General employment quality is relatively high and the alternatives of job choice are wide,while employment quality are to be improved greater.(3)Self-learning ability?divergent thinking capability and innovative skills of the students majoring in sports dancing in WIPE are to be enhanced.The employment status also indicates the discrepancy between talents supply and market's demand,deficiency of career stability,which needs to be improved.(4)There are structural friction among teaching fellow for sports dance module in WHPE.The ratio of academics with senior professional title is relatively low.Regarding to the education structure,only 1 person owns Doctor's degree.,thus education level and structure are required to advance.Meanwhile,the number of researchers and the quality of study are to be optimized.The research proposes below advices:(1)In terms of curriculum structure,the provision of compulsory professional module and education practice should be adjusted to current talents demand.(2)The enrollment ratio for sports dancing degree between male and female could approach 1:1.(3)There are five ways to improve the teaching quality of sports dance special talents:firstly,with the instruction of supply side structural reform theory,it should take markets demands and requirements into consideration when cultivating sports dance special talents;Secondly,from the perspective of supply of talents,talents cultivation proposals are to be reformed and optimized.Thirdly,practice modules require greater efforts to develop,therefore,students' comprehensive capability and innovative skills can be improved further.Fourthly,it should construct a teaching team whose stricture is more scientific and teaching quality is higher.Fifthly,it needs establish a sound talents training mechanism for information monitoring and feedback,driving the training task for sports dance special talents in universities.
