The literature as a special topic of Chinese culture teaching is an important part of the culture course in the advanced stage of teaching Chinese as a second language.Literature itself has the characteristics of depth,breadth,and language difficulty,which brings a certain level of resistance to Chinese teachers' class teaching.Many Chinese teachers,influenced by their traditional learning experience,conduct “lecture” teaching in literature class.In a certain extent,it is not easy to arouse the enthusiasm of the learners.As an important means of teachers' own research and class teaching research,reflective teaching practice plays an important role in discovering class problems,improving teaching plans and verifying teaching effects.With the help of multidimensional reflection methods such as teacher's teaching log,teaching report,class video,colleague observation scale and action research,the practice focuses on three aspects of “Teacher”,“Class” and “Learner”,specifically including: teacher's belief cognition and teacher's role exploration;teacher's teaching behavior and class structure analysis;cross-cultural awareness and deep cultural teaching analysis;student learning type and interaction mode analysis;feasibility of the theme task and its effect on language acquisition;teachers' decision-making and ways of reflection.In the process of teaching,teachers adjust their teaching decision-making by connecting personal teaching ideas and reserved knowledges with the interaction of class situations,in line with the characteristics of “teaching” and “learning” of teachers and learners themselves,construct the internal practical knowledge of teachers,and form a new teaching theory.Reflective literature teaching decision-making advocates that teachers construct teacher's belief: crossed,essential and responsive,stand at the crosscultural angle to communicate with learners in deep culture,expand teaching content through the form of point-to-surface theme,arrange class tasks to mobilize learners' subjective initiative and achieve teaching objectives,guide learners to experience and understand literary works as a culture sharing role,and cultivate learners' interest in Chinese literature and culture.The teaching practice of The Dream of Red Mansion based on reflective theory can help teachers understand teaching more deeply,endow class with vitality and promote the professional development of international Chinese teachers.
