In November 2015 General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the concept of Supply-Side Reform.In addition to reforming the balance of supply and demand of assets,it is imperative to strengthen the effective supply of human resources.In this context,the concept of Capacity-oriented has gradually been accepted by the scholars and experts.In order to cultivate talents that meet the requirements of employers.In order to cultivate the talents that meet the requirements of employers,many colleges and universities have set off a wave of curriculum reform,trying to infiltrate the competency standard into the curriculum system.However,the theoretical research on the competence of the dance coach is rather scarce,which led to the lack of basis for many colleges and universities in formulating training programs.They can only refer to the design of other colleges or similar majors,and also there is no uniform recruitment criteria for each recruitment unit when recruiting sports dance coaches.It is basically determined by the subjective will of the managers of each recruitment unit which lead to a mismatch between the sports dance coaches and the school as well as the club users.Firstly,this research takes the competency of sports dance coaches as the research object and it collects abundant of interview datas from 10 college sports dance professional teachers,5 Sports Dance coaches,5 personnel department leaders of business training institutions,10 sports dance students,and extracts 126 concepts of sports dance competence by the qualitative research method.Secondly,it codes the summary concept and design a questionnaire by using the Delphi Method to collect 20 experts' opinions on the revision of the questionnaire.After making an agreement,it constructs one factor of target level,six factors of criteria level and 45 factors of sub-criteria level.willl be constructed for the competency of sports dance coaches till the opinions of the experts tend to be unified.Finally,an AHP questionnaire is designed by using analytic hierarchy process and distributed to 20 experts to fill in and answer.The 20 valid AHP questionnaires data collected are input into the software of matlab,and a pairwise comparison matrix is established.The eigenvector calculation,maximum eigenvalue calculation and consistency test are carried out.Through the above research process,the thesis constructs the competency model of the sports dance coach of the commercial training institution,evaluates the sports dance coaching model of the commercial training institution,and finds out the focus of the debate lying in the relationship between the academic and industry sports fitness coaching ability and demand.The thesisproposes that sports dance coaching institutions should pay attention to the demand for talents in the sports dance training market,revise the training plan,study effective ways to cultivate relevant abilities,adjust the relevant course hours ratio as well as assessment plan,and actively communicate with the dance industry.Meanwhile,the employers ought to change the attitude,correct the rationality of the recruitment media,and start from the personal development of the dance coaches to formulate a recruitment plan referring to the educational logicality.Furthermore,the sports dance coach or the student who wants to become sports dance coaches should be aware of the difference between the capacity cultivation and demand of the academic field level and dance industry level,to consolidate their business capability.The innovation of this study is not only to clarify the connotation of competency characteristics,but also to compare the view of academia and industry,which is rarely explored in previous study.The thesis aims to find out the difference between the two sides on the requirements for the post competence of sports dance coaches in business training institutions,and puts forward some suggestions to bridge the difference between the two sides,thus promotes the effective supply of the sports dance talents.
