In daily life, people are faced with a variety of choices at any time and anywhere, and the choices made under the circumstance of uncertain results are often accompanied by certain risks. Therefore, risk decision has become a crucial part of people's life.Risk decisions are often influenced by many factors, including not only external factors but also internal factors of the decision maker himself. Therefore,in the past a lot of researches on risk decision, the factors influencing risk decision have always been the key part of decision research. In the past, scholars have different opinions on the definition of ruminant thinking. Some scholars think ruminant thinking is a reactive state, while others think ruminant thinking is a personality trait.A large number of researches on ruminant thinking in the past have focused on the negative effects of ruminant thinking and the relationship between ruminant thinking and mental health. Therefore,on the basis of existing studies, ruminant thinking is taken as the personality trait in this study to explore the impact of different ruminant thinking on risk decision-making and the impact of different ruminant thinking on risk decision-making under the framework of loss and benefit. In this study consists of two parts: the one including the experiment 1 and experiment 2,in order to investigate the influence of different thinking in ruminant on risk decision and high rumination and low ruminant individual decisions tend to be differences in risk decision making, the research results show that different ruminant thinking individuals(negative ruminant, positive cud)in risk decision is inclined to risk aversion; There is a significant difference between high ruminant and low ruminant individuals in the decision-making tendency of risk decision.Research 2includes experiment 3 and experiment 4.On the basis of study 1,the variable of "frame effect" is introduced, and the influence of different ruminant thinking on risk decision-making and the differences between high and low ruminant individuals inrisk decision-making are discussed. The results show that the decision-making tendency of different ruminant individuals in risk decision-making is affected by the frame effect, that is,both positive ruminant and negative ruminant individuals are risk-averse under the benefit framework and risk-seeking under the loss framework. Both individuals with high rumination and low rumination are risk-averse under the benefit framework and risk-seeking under the loss framework. Both individuals with high rumination and low rumination are risk-averse under the benefit framework and risk-seeking under the loss framework.Individuals with high ruminant ratio and low ruminant ratio are more inclined to risk aversion under the benefit framework and risk seeking under the loss framework.
