With the revival of traditional culture in the contemporary era,Hanfu as one of the traditional costume culture has also developed.The Hanfu Movement takes the concept of “wearing my traditional costumes and reviving the state of etiquette”,and spreads it at home and abroad through Hanfu associations,Confucius Institutes and other media,and has achieved positive cultural exchanges.In general,Hanfu faces two problems as the cross-cultural dissemination of costume culture: one is that the teaching of costume culture is not comprehensive enough,and it lacks a holistic understanding of traditional Chinese costume culture;the other is that the spreading of Hanfu culture stays mostly in the costume itself,less involved in deep culture and its significance in cross-cultural teaching.The development of the contemporary Hanfu movement is a good wish for people to reconstruct the image symbol of China's “Top-dressed Country”.This article systematically sorts out the development process of the Hanfu culture,deeply explores the contemporary value of the Hanfu culture,and designs the modern Hanfu system and its cultural connotations in order to provide useful exploration for the cross-cultural exchange of excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.This article is consisted of five parts.the first part is about the introduction,including research background and the significance of the study,research methods and related research reviews.The second part sorts out the development path and practical activities of the domestic Hanfu movement,and discusses the value of cultural connotation of Hanfu and the cross-cultural communication.The third part analyzes the dissemination elements of Hanfu,and from the perspective of semiotics and communication.The fourth part takes the Chinese culture course of the Confucius Institute as the teaching observation perspective,and designs the case of regular culture lesson and extracurricular cultural practice class.The last part is the conclusion,summarizing the current development of Hanfuculture,the problems of Hanfu in cross-cultural communication and teaching,and the characteristics of Hanfu culture teaching.
