Learning is the main task in adolescence.However,research showed that many adolescents were suffering from the problem of academic burnout.Therefore,the factors affecting the academic burnout of adolescents have attracted more and more attention from researchers.Previous studies have shown that life events and other stresses,as important indicators of stress environment,play a key role in academic burnout.However,at present,the research on the inner mechanism of adolescent life events influencing academic burnout is not enough,which is worth further exploration.According to the Resource of Conservation model of academic burnout,stress will lead to the lack of individual resources and then lead to adaptability problems,which will eventually lead to academic burnout.In the era of highly developed mobile Internet,more and more teenagers will appear the phenomenon of mobile phone dependence,a new type of bad adaptation.Some studies have shown that stress can lead to mobile phone dependence,and mobile phone dependence also predicts academic burnout.In the course of individual development,emotional intelligence,as an individual factor,also plays an important role in academic burnout.Therefore,based on the previous literature review,this study adopted the method of cross-sectional study and longitudinal study to comprehensively discuss the correlation,mechanism of action and causality among variables.In study 1,There were 621 college students in 8 university from Heilongjiang,Tianjin,Shandong,Henan,Jiangxi and 4 middle school in Henan province of 537 middle school students as the research object,based on Resource of Conservation model and the related empirical evidence,with life events as independent variables,academic burnout as dependent variable,mobile phone dependence as mediated variables,emotional intelligence as moderator variables,build a moderated mediation model and grade differences,explore the mechanism of action of variables,and proved in this study that emotional intelligence plays a role of positive or negative.In study 2,there are a total of 604 students as the research object,the vertical track for six months,using Cross-lagged design further investigate adolescent life events,mobile phone dependence and academic burnout prediction function and grade difference between,with variable(quasi)causal relationship between the support and the results of a validation study.The main results of the study are as follows:(1)Life events were positively correlated with mobile phone dependence and academic burnout,and negatively correlated with emotional intelligence.Mobile phone dependence was not significantly correlated with emotional intelligence,but positively correlated with academic burnout.Emotional intelligence is negatively correlated with academic burnout;(2)In both middle school students and college students,mobile phone dependence can play a part in mediating life events and academic burnout,but the mediating effect in middle school students is higher than that in college students;(3)In the middle school students group,emotional intelligence played moderator role between life events and mobile phone dependence,compared with low negative coping,the mediating effect was more significant in middle school student with high emotional intelligence;In college students group,emotional intelligence played moderator role in the direct and the second half mediating effects,compared with adolescents with low emotional intelligence,the mediating effect was more significant in adolescents with high emotional intelligence.Emotional intelligence play a negatively moderating effect in the process of mediation;(4)In teenagers,life events and mobile phone dependence have certain stability,however,academic burnout has certain development;(5)In college students,there was no correlation between life events and academic burnout,and life events could significantly positively predict mobile phone dependence,while academic burnout could significantly positively predict mobile phone dependence;In the middle school students,life events can significantly positively predict academic burnout,and there is a correlation between life events and mobile phone dependence,what's more,academic burnout can positively predict mobile phone dependence;(6)There were grade differences in the predictive relationship between life events,mobile phone dependence and academic burnout.
