A Study Of The Type Of "Shuo(?)" Euphemistic Discourse Maker

This article takes the type of "Shuo(?)" euphemistic discourse markers in speech discourse markers as research objects,and adopts "form and function,description and interpretation,qualitative and quantitative" under the guidance of functional grammar,discourse grammar,and interactive linguistics.The combined analysis method defines the type of "Shuo(?)" euphemistic discourse markers.According to the strength of speech,it is divided into three types of discourse markers,and the characteristics of these three types of euphemistic discourse markers are analyzed from the perspective of discourse frame,pragmatic environment,and pragmatic function.The similarity and individuality between them tries to provide new ideas for the study of discourse markers.This article consists of six parts.The main chapters are described as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the reason for choosing the topic,the significance of the research and the related research review.It also explains the content and scope of the research,the theoretical basis of the research,the method and the source of the corpus.The second chapter examines the definition of the predecessor Shixian's discourse markers and their characteristics.On this basis,he defines the discourse markers and expounds the connotation of "euphemism".Finally,the definition of euphemistic discourse markers is defined.By searching the corpus,six euphemistic discourse markers were selected as research objects according to their strength and meaning,and they were divided into three different categories for detailed investigation.The third chapter takes weak speech power euphemistic discourse markers as the research object,and examines the discourse frames of weak speech power discourse markers,which mainly include "S1+X+S2" and"X+S1+S2";generally appear in the power relations In the pragmatic environment of close relationship,it has the function of turning on the turn,continuing the turn,and transferring topics;it has the interpersonal functions of reminding,evaluating,helplessness,and ridicule,among which the function of reminding is the main.Take "Woshuoni(???)" as an example to study the evolution process and causes of discourse markers in Chinese language.The fourth chapter takes the euphemistic discourse markers of Chinese language proficiency as the research object,and examines the discourse frames of weak discourse markers.There are three types:"S1+X+S2","X+S1+S2",and "X+S1" Chinese language power discourse markers generally appear in the context of readme,with a discourse function of turning on and continuing the turn;it has an interpersonal function of suggesting,narrating,guessing and criticizing,with the suggestion function as the main function.Take "Buzhidaogaibugaishuo(???????)" as an example to study the evolution process and causes of weak speech discourse markers.The fifth chapter takes euphemistic discourse markers of strong speech power as the research object,and examines the discourse frames of discourse markers of weak speech power,mainly including "S1+X+S2" and "X+S1+S2".Strong speech discourse markers generally appear in a pragmatic environment with power relationships and close relationships.They have the function of turning the conversation,continuing the conversation,and changing the topic.They have the interpersonal functions of expressing euphemistic criticism,euphemism,and inferring negative information Among them,the function of criticism is mainly.Taking"Shuojubuzhongtingdehua(???????)" as an example to study the evolution process and causes of strong discourse markers.The sixth chapter is the concluding part.It first analyzes the similarities and differences of the three types of discourse markers,then summarizes the full text,and finally points out the shortcomings of this article.
