2019 is a milestone that the Chinese film market growing towards mature and perfect,with the development and expansion of the entire industry,the prosperity and upgrading of film content,as well as the maturity and iteration of the film audience,the total results of the year,have a historic breakthrough,especially,the re-release of the old film ‘Spirited Away ‘ from Miyazaki Hayao has an amazing result of 488 million box office.Since the re-release of " Ashes of Time Redux " from Wong Kar-wai in 2009,the Chinese film market has started a "re-release wave".Between the year 2016 – 2017,there are 23 re-released movies,This number soon increasing to 37 in just 2018.As this is a wide audience,with economic benefits of a sustainable dissemination phenomenon.It has become a topic of heated discussion in cyberspace and print media.However,this cultural phenomenon has not attracted attention and discussion from the theoretical circles.Although the number of public opinions towards the phenomenon of the re-release of old films is still increasing,and people's views mixed.On the 8th of November,2018,the Chinese national Film Administration issued a "National Film Re-release Provisional Provisions" notice,the provisions aiming to lead the re-released film towards standardized,and the provisions will affect on the 1st of December,2018,to increase the supervision of the film re-release.This paper aiming to study through the phenomenon of the re-release of old films and research on the audience of the re-release of old films,then we can contribute to the future development of the re-release phenomenon of the Chinese film market.The content includes 5 chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the theoretical and practical value of this article,systematically summarizes the relevant research materials at home and abroad,and introduces and explains the writing structure and basic innovations of this article.The second chapter mainly sorts out the development process of the re-release films and analyzes the development status of the re-released film in China and the types of re-released films.The third chapter is through an in-depth analysis of the corresponding data collected by the questionnaire,an in-depth analysis of the basic characteristics of the re-released film reappearance audience;And the use of social psychology and Maslow 's demand level and other relevant theoretical analysis the audience's psychology of watching re-released films.The fourth chapter is to sort out the positive and negative effects of the re-released films.The fifth chapter is to discuss the development strategy of the phenomenon of re-release movie...
