High school students are in a period of turbulent adolescence.Due to boarding life and study, they have less contact with family members and a lower level of social support. Some scholars have researched that the psychological problems of middle school students in boarding schools are concentrated in interpersonal relationships, and understanding the level of social support is one of the important factors affecting students' interpersonal relationships. The study took 474 students from a high school boarding school in a city as the research object, introduced Jiang Qianjin's revised Understanding Social Support Scale(Psss),and the comprehensive interpersonal diagnosis scale compiled by Zheng Richang,to explore the impact of social support on interpersonal relationships among high school boarders, the study concluded the following:(1)The interpersonal relationship problems of boarders of high school students are at the lower middle level. It shows that the interpersonal communication of boarders is better, but there are also some interpersonal problems. There are significant differences in gender, grade, source of birth, and family conditions, and there is no significant difference in the demographics of only children. In terms of gender, the interpersonal distress of girls is significantly lower than that of boys;in the grades, the interpersonal distress of seniors is significantly higher than that of seniors and seniors;in the source area, the interpersonal distress of urban students is significantly lower than that of rural students; The interpersonal relationship troubles of remarried families are higher than those of single-parent families,originally-matched two-parent families and others;in terms of whether they are only children, the interpersonal relationship troubles of only children are higher than those of non-only children.(2)High school boarders understand that social support is at the upper middle level. It shows that boarding students have a higher sense of comprehension of social support. There are significant differences in gender, grade, and place of birth, and there is no significant difference in the family situation and the variable of only child. In terms of gender, girls 'perception of social support is higher than that of boys;in grades, senior one 's perception of social support is higher than that of senior two and senior three;in terms of student origin, urban students are higher than rural students; The level of support is higher than that of the original two-parent family,single-parent family, and remarried family;in terms of whether there is only one child, the level of social support for non-only children is higher than that of only children.(3)High school boarders' perception of social support and interpersonal relationship distress have extremely significant negative correlations in total scores and dimensions, indicating that the higher the level of comprehensible social support, the lower the degree of interpersonal relationship distress.
