Good interpersonal relationship can make college students' mental state balanced and it promote them to better adapt to the development of college life.Properly handling of interpersonal relationships is considered as an important indicator to measure college students' social adaptation level.The problem of interpersonal relationship mainly refers to the disharmony of interpersonal relationship in the process of communication with others,including negative subjective feelings and other psychological problems.This study explores the impact of attachment avoidance and understanding of social support on the interpersonal relationship of college students,and the role of understanding social support in the impact of attachment avoidance on interpersonal distress.On this basis,group counseling intervention on the theme of social support is carried out to explore the influence of group intervention on the interpersonal relationship of college students.This study consists of two parts:Study one questionnaire survey: 600 college students from two universities in Shanghai were selected as subjects.They filled in intimacy experience scale,perceived social support scale and interpersonal comprehensive diagnosis scale.This study used multivariate analysis of variance to explore differences of attachment avoidance,perceived social support and interpersonal relationship in gender,using structural equation model to explore the attachment avoidance and perceived social support can predict the interpersonal relationship of college students,the use of Bootstrap to explore the mediating effects on the relationship between attachment avoidance and interpersonal relationship of perceived social support.Study two group counseling: on the basis of evidence-based evidence-based research,after consulting the literature and combining relevant theories to formulate group intervention program to comprehend social support as the theme,select 20 people who meet the conditions of group and volunteer group guidance,randomly divide into two groups,the experimental group accept group psychological intervention for a period of 8 weeks,and the control group does not handle any treatment.The effectiveness of group counseling was investigated by comparing the scores between the experimental group and the control group.Research conclusions: There are significant gender differences in attachmentavoidance,understanding social support and interpersonal relationship.Girls experience more family support and other important support than boys.Girls had more interpersonal problems than boys,boys have more problems than girls in the way of getting along with people.(2)There is a close correlation between attachment avoidance,understanding social support and interpersonal relationship problems of college students: attachment avoidance can positively predict the interpersonal relationship of college students;attachment avoidance can negatively predict social support;understanding social support can predict the interpersonal relationship of college students.(3)Perceived social support plays a partial mediating role between attachment avoidance and interpersonal distress.(4)Group counseling intervention based on perceived social support has improved the perceived social support level of college students.(5)Group counseling intervention based on perceived social support has reduced the problem of interpersonal distress among college students.This study has some inspiration to explore the influencing factors of college students' interpersonal distress,and also to provide some help and suggestions for psychological counseling on interpersonal relationship.
