Investigation And Research On The Talent Training Mode Of Master Of Teaching Chinese To Speakers Of Other Languages

Based on the investigation and research on the personnel training mode in ten universities including Beijing Language and Culture University,Peking University,Beijing Normal University,Jinan University,East China Normal University,Xiamen University,Sun Yat-sen University,Nankai University,Fudan University and Nanjing University,this paper discusses the seven differences in recruitment,length of schooling,curriculum,training objectives,faculty team,employment and construction of domestic and foreign practical bases among them.Besides,summarizes the merits and demerits of their personnel training system after the investigation on teachers and students of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.The research shows that the talent training mode of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages must be based on practice,guided by the needs of international promotion of Chinese language,constantly adjust the curriculum,and firmly establish the training objectives of application-oriented,composite and international talents.In terms of personnel training,efforts should be made to realize the transformation from theoretical knowledge to practical ability,and increase specialized skills courses;In terms of training objectives,the characteristics and professional construction of the profession should be fully reflected,and new ways conducive to professional development should be explored in conjunction with practical teaching,so as to improve the employment competitiveness of students and promote the subsequent development of TCSOL major.
