Local opera have a strong sense of regional dialects and tune source.It is a high integration of the local folk music and unique instrumental music.It reflects the local people’s labor life and cultural customs,and also has strong and plain local color.Nowadays,local opera is not only impacted by modern multiculturalism,but also persecuted by the market economy.Many local operas are gradually declining and even disappeared.This has the various reason,only from the perspective of opera education,the lack of senior talents in opera performance is a dominant factor,which directly affects the revitalization of local opera.To this phenomenon,the central and local governments have continuously introduced policies on the development and protection of local operas.As the leader of the national higher education in Chinese opera,in answer to the state’s call,the National Academy of Chinese Theater Arts has held many training practices of multi-opera performing major for senior talents in the past ten years,and has made great achievements.It has gradually explored the training mode of advanced talents in the new era’s opera,which has the characteristics of innovativeness,practicalness and popularization,and also has provided the research object for the author.This paper is divided into six chapters.Taking the professional talents’ training mode of multi-opera performing major in the National Academy of Chinese Theater Arts as an example.This paper teases the theoretical foundation,founding background,school-running course,talent training mode and results evaluation of multi-opera higher education to analyze the inherent law of talents cultivation,especially the details of the undergraduate talents training mode of multi-opera performing major,namely: enrollment and selection mechanism,multi-channel teacher force,characteristic curriculum system,combination of teaching and practice,effectiveness evaluation,etc.And also combined with the successful cases to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the National Academy of Chinese Theater Arts in the training of multi-opera performing major,and then points out the problems and puts forward the feasible suggestions.In addition,this paper analyzes the development of the national local opera and the cultivation of high-level talents in opera to put forward countermeasures and reasonable suggestions for revitalizing local opera and cultivating advanced talents,and also the author gives prospects for the local opera market’s foreground.
