The Study Of Shen Zengzhi's Calligraphy Theory On The Combination Of Bei And Tie

In the late Qing Dynasty,many scholars tended to study the Bei,promoting the study of Bei,degrading and ignoring the role of Tie.However,both Bei Study and Tie Study are the object taking the law from the ancient times to the present,which is mutual absorbing,referencing,and inseparable.Shen Zengzhi,a famous statesman and calligrapher in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,learned his profound knowledge of calligraphy,the objective and rational understanding of the new and old social things does not belittle the Tie study,adheres to the traditional Chinese philosophy of "neutralization ",he carefully examined and learned to learn from the traditional calligraphy art,thus,opened up a road of integration of Bei and Tie study.On the basis of a large amount of historical data,this paper will explain from the following four parts: the introduction part focuses on the research background and significance,research status review,research ideas and innovation points.The first chapter focuses on the detailed exploration of calligraphy theory from the aspects of equal emphasis on Bei and Tie,north-south communication,different calligraphy styles learning from each other and calligraphy methods,at the same time,has a clearer understanding and analysis on Shen Zengzhi's calligraphy theory with the combination of Bei and Tie.The second chapter mainly from the three aspects of technique,structure and the constitution in calligraphy to analyze the practice of Shen Zengzhi calligraphy theory on the combination of Bei and Tie embodied in his practice of calligraphy,and then improves the scholar's cultivation and calligraphy realm.The third chapter mainly discusses the practical significance of Shen Zengzhi calligraphy theory on the combination of Bei and Tie,whose value and significance lies in correcting and making up for the theory of Bei study in Qing Dynasty,absorbing the essence from the traditional classic Bei and Tie,providing the scholars with a way to learn books,advocating the spirit of integration and the academic character of conscious thinking.Through the analysis of Shen Zengzhi calligraphy theory on the combination of Bei and Tie and his calligraphy practice,his calligraphy thought accords with the historical development process and has great value to the study of contemporary calligraphy.
