Characteristics And Training Methods Of Youth Orchestra

Youth symphony orchestra is an indispensable part in China's arts and education construction,but it might be ignored easily.Part of the problem stems from the training of conductors,who primarily study and pursue professional symphony orchestras as their objective.Conductors,from the initial start of their studies,seek professional symphony orchestras as their standard and objective.However,owing to the particularity of youth symphony orchestra,we cannot apply the pattern of professional symphony orchestra to the youth symphony orchestra.Therefore,the author of this thesis compared and summarized what the author saw and heard in the youth symphony orchestra of various places during the postgraduate period from multiple angles covering existence significance,organization and internal points worthy of notice,in order to explore a training mode which was more suitable for the youth symphony orchestra.
