Research On The Participation Of Follow Villager Culture In Rural Revitalization From The Perspective Of Social Capital Theory

At present,an important task of China's social development is to promote the implementation of strategy for the rural revitalization.Rural vitalization is an important national strategy for rural construction and development.How to fully mobilize the strength of the follow villager to achieve a better rural construction has become a hot topic.The culture of follow villager has appeared in the number one document of our party for many times,from "innovating the culture of follow villager" to "playing a positive role of follow villager ",which triggered the parties to attach great importance to the culture of follow villager,introduced policies to encourage follow villager to help rural revitalization,and formed a unique local culture.Therefore,it can be concluded that the participation of follow villager in rural vitalization plays an important role in the realization of rural construction.With a history of more than one thousand years,the culture of follow villager in Jixi has its undeniable existence in various fields.Up to now,there are still many follow villagers who persist in the development of Jixi and play an indispensable part in the rural construction and development of Jixi.Based on the reality of rural revitalization in Jixi,this paper selects follow villager from Jixi as the research object,analyzes the necessity,difficulties and causes of rural revitalization assisted by follow villagers,In order to provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for boosting the rural revitalization of Jixi.This article first expounded the meaning of the follow villager and follow villager culture and then expounds the related concept of the social capital theory and the relationship of the social capital theory and the follow villager.And cultural role in the historical process to follow villager was analyzed,and then from the four topic of the township of love,dedication,entrepreneurial and inheritance the article lists follow villagers in Jixi in all ages still play an important role.Then this paper points out the necessity of the new follow villager participation in rural revitalization,this part mainly from the perspective of the countryside,rural ecological construction,industrial development,rural cultural heritage,local custom civilization construction carries on the analysis,and think follow villager culture is still the important and indispensable force in the country revitalization.Then it points out the problems in the process of promoting rural revitalization with the help of follow villager culture in Jixi,including the external environment to be optimized,the lack of coordination with other subjects,the impure motivation to participate in the rural construction,the weak awareness of participating in the construction and the unsustainable effect.Then,from the perspective of economy,politics,law and the villagers themselves,this paper analyzes the causes of the rural revitalization assisted by follow villager culture in Jixi.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Jixi,the paper provides specific suggestions for the follow villager culture to help the rural revitalization.
