Space Philosophy Under Modernity

In his nearly 20 years of writing career,Xu Zechen gradually entered the mainstream journals from the marginal journals,and then gathered his personal works to publish books,showing a portrait of a writer who adheres to the original intention of literature in literary writing.Xu Zechen spread out his own practical experience and profound theoretical resources into a vivid and powerful text,which widened the territory of contemporary realism literature in the active search and silence.From "Flower Street" to "Beijing" and then "to the world",the characters of the novel try to find the habitat of body and soul by walking on the road.The author's real body shows the realistic concern for the construction of modern individual spirit and the placement of soul with the problem consciousness of how to exist between "human" and "space".Since the beginning of the new century,the study of Xu Zechen's novels has maintained a considerable enthusiasm,but there are few achievements in the study of his creative changes.At the same time,the research comments from the perspective of "space" need to be updated and deepened.Therefore,this paper attempts to take "Modernity" and "space" as the starting point,analyze Xu Zechen's novel creation vertically,clarify its specific features,analyze the new changes of the novel on the basis of grasping the narrative content,explore the central theme of the overall context of the novel,excavate the ideological connotation of xiaoshuo creation,and evaluate its value to the contemporary literature and the real society significance.The introduction part of this paper briefly describes the reason and significance of t he topic,research status,research content and methods.The first part of the text is abou t the study of local "Flower Street" and urban "Beijing" physical space.It interprets the realistic context and narrative content from the perspective of modernity and physical spa ce,and discusses the narrative direction of the novel.The second part defines the concep t of psychological space,and discusses the narrative core of the novel from the perspecti ve of belief loss,subject division,identity dilemma and the corresponding psychological space of "Jerusalem","two springs reflecting the moon" and "crossing the south to the n orth".The third part comprehensively analyzes the narrative function and significance ofthe text space,expounds the new changes of Xu Zechen's novel narrative and its creativ e theme and ideological connotation,and then discusses its literary value and practical si gnificance.The conclusion part summarizes the changes of Xu Zechen's novel creation fr om the two dimensions of narrative aesthetics and narrative tension contained in the spat ial writing,and discusses the outstanding significance and defects of the narrative researc h of Xu Zechen's novel in this paper.
