Chinese second language learners must have certain rhetorical abilities in order to be decent.The Chinese Proficiency Test also examines the learner's ability to use the rhetoric.As far as the use of learners' rhetoric is concerned,the frequency of metaphors is relatively high;As far as the use of learners' rhetoric is concerned,the frequency of metaphors is relatively high;as far as classroom teaching is concerned,whether it is textbooks,tests,or extracurricular readings,there are many metaphorical rhetoric.Taking the HSK dynamic composition Corpus of Beijing language and Culture University as the main corpus,this paper collects the metaphors in the compositions of Chinese learners in Britain,the United States and Canada,as well as the metaphors of middle and advanced learners whose mother tongue is English in teaching.At the same time,this paper makes statistics on the figurative figures of speech in the middle and advanced textbook of Boya Chinese,using quantitative statistics and contrastive analysis,in order to explore the metaphorical figure of speech teaching of middle and advanced Chinese learners whose mother tongue is English.Based on the Chinese metaphorical knowledge,the mark theory and the second language acquisition theory,this thesis uses the metaphor of the Chinese and English speakers to statistically analyze,classify and analyze the errors.Mistakes have metaphorical structure errors,use of metaphors,and improper choice of metaphors;The learner's mother tongue negative transfer,the teaching materials for teaching Chinese as a foreign language do not pay enough attention to metaphors,the use of wrong metaphors,etc.are the main reasons for bias,and to propose corresponding teaching suggestions.The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background and significance,and summarizes the research on the comparison of English and Chinese metaphors and the research status of Rhetoric teaching in Chinese as a foreign language.The second chapter investigates the number and distribution of figurative sentences in Chinese as a foreign language according to the advanced stage textbook "Boya Chinese Advanced Flying Chapter" as an example.The third chapter collects and counts the metaphors of students from the United Kingdom,the United States,and Canada,classifies the biased sentences,and further analyzes the causes of various errors.The fourth chapter proposes the suggestion of metaphorical teaching in a targeted manner.The conclusion analyzes the problems existing in this paper,and looks forward to the development prospect of metaphor teaching.
