The level of writing is an important measure to measure the quality of teaching.Mastering the methods,skills and improving the level of practical writing is one of the important requirements for the cultivation of secretarial professionals,?Having good practical writing skills is not only the latest requirement for talents in the information society,but also one of the necessary skills for students in their daily life and future work.At present,there are still some problems in the teaching,such as attaching importance to theory but neglecting practice and ignoring students' subjectivity.In view of this situation,case teaching emerges as the Times require.On the basis of the existing case teaching research,according to the laws of teaching,through investigation and research,aiming at the problems existing in the teaching process of practical writing of secretarial major in a secondary vocational school,from the curriculum standard of practical writing,based on the practical demands of the post task of secretarial profession,case teaching is promote students' learning of practical writing theory and to cultivate their practical writing ability.Through teaching practice,this paper further analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of case teaching in practical application.Introduces the process and problems needing attention of case teaching from three aspects of pre-class preparation,teaching implementation and evaluation and reflection,in order to put forward the corresponding improvement measures,we hope to arouse students' positive thinking,stimulate the intrinsic motivation of writing,improve the learning efficiency of practical writing,promote the development of their professional skills.This thesis consists of five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces why we choose this topic and the related concepts and theoretical basis.In the second chapter,by means of questionnaire,observation and interview,the current situation of practical writing teaching is clarified,summarized and summarized from three aspects: Curriculum Setting,teaching implementation and curriculum evaluation,convenient later period analysis reason,draws a conclusion.The third chapter,starting from the problems of case teaching,exploring the causes of problems and solute ons,in order to improve case teaching preparation.The Fourth Chapter,in the teaching of practical writing,summarizes the implementation of case teaching from the preliminary preparation,to the implementation and reflection of three stages.The fifth chapter,combined with my teaching experience,presents the case teaching record,and reflects on their own teaching process,according to the implementation of teaching,make corresponding adjustments,and finally test the teaching effect.
