Intangible cultural heritage, referred to as "non-legacy" for short,is an important symbol of a country, nation and regional culture, bearing and accumulating deep and complex cultural connotations. In the context of the current globalization and big data era,the historical and inherited meaning of the non-legacy has gradually disappeared, and the social and cultural soil on which it has survived has also undergone tremendous changes, especially after the reform and opening up.Due to the strong impact of the local regional culture, the protection and inheritance of the Inheritance is also facing huge challenges and crises. How to excavate the profound cultural connotation of the Inheritance, find out the connection between the Inheritance and modern life, and activate the transformation of the Inheritance Modernity,Realizing the reproduction of its cultural and socio-economic values is now a key link in the protection and development of non-legacy,and is also an important issue that needs urgent attention in the field of non-legacy research. Therefore, the current distribution characteristics and protection aspects of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu Province are studied, with a view to providing theoretical and practical basis for the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu Province. This article uses quantitative statistics and GIS spatial analysis techniques to explore the geographic spatial distribution of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu Province, and combs in detail the type structure, spatial distribution of nuclear density, temporal spatial structure distribution characteristics, location quotient and resource superiority of Gansu Province’s intangible cultural heritage In terms of analysis and other aspects,it puts forward the main dilemmas faced in the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu Province and the corresponding protection measures, and provides relevant reference for Gansu Province to further protect intangible cultural heritage. The research conclusions of this article mainly include the following:(1)There are more than 27,000 kinds of intangible cultural heritage projects in Gansu Province, which are huge in number and rich in content, but the type structure distribution is obviously differentiated, showing a "pyramid" structure, mainly based on county(district)level master lists, traditional handicrafts. There are a lot of folklore projects, and the number of traditional medicine and quyi is relatively small.Such rich non-legacy resources will definitely help the low-level projects to further declare to the high-level projects in the future intangible cultural heritage project application process.(2)The concentration of different types of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu Province is different, and the nuclear density analysis shows the spatial distribution of "three groups and two axes".The center of gravity of the national and provincial non-heritage spatial agglomeration is the Longdong Loess Plateau cultural plate. The main;that is,the "first-level group" with Lanzhou-Linxia as the core, the "second-level group" with Pingliang-Qingyang,Tianshui-Longnan as the core, and the "third-level group" with Jiuquan,Zhangye, and Wuwei as the core. The "two axes" are in the southeast Longan area(Qingyang,Pingliang,Longnan,Tianshui,Gannan areas)distributed on the Loess Plateau;the other axis is along the Hexi Corridor area(Wuwei,Jinchang,Zhangye,Jiayuguan,Jiuquan areas).(3)Non-heritage in 14 cities(prefectures)in Gansu Province showed a spatially uneven clustering characteristic pattern, with the highest concentration in Longzhong area, the most obvious trend of quyi agglomeration in Linxia Prefecture, the narrow area of Jiayuguan area and the lack of non-heritage species; The material cultural heritage is unevenly distributed in time-series spatial pattern, mainly concentrated in the cultural plate of the Loess Plateau in Longdong Middle East;the results of resource dominance show that the most abundant areas of non-heritage are Dingxi and Gannan, which largely protect the non-heritage.Completeness.(4)The main dilemma currently faced by the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu Province is a series of problems such as serious extinction, severe inheritance problems, poor protection planning, and insufficient publicity, which put forward a sound directory system to protect endangered cultural heritage;Focus on development and utilization, focus on promoting the integration of non-heritage and tourism;highlight publicity and display, focus on creating a good social atmosphere;promote the integration of research and study, focus on non-heritage into campus activities;pay attention to regional non-heritage project mining, balanced spatial distribution;integrate non-heritage A series of protection measures such as resources, combined protection and development.
