Standing at a new historical starting point,the new era has put forward higher requirements for personnel training,and at the same time,it has given a new historical mission to educational informatization.The overall goal of the English curriculum standards at the compulsory education stage is to train students' comprehensive language use ability.As the main measure of comprehensive language use ability,the importance of the level of English listening and speaking skills is self-evident.In China,especially at the junior middle school education stage,because of the limitation of language environment and examination-oriented education system,the training of learners' English listening and speaking skills is easily overlooked,and after class learners lack opportunities and environment for English listening and speaking ability training.This makes learners' English listening and speaking skills relatively weak,which in turn leads to the phenomenon of "dumb English".With the advent of the information age,educational concepts are constantly being introduced,and Flipped Classroom Teaching provides new ideas for the teaching of English listening and speaking.Therefore,this study mainly discusses how to combine the Flipped Classroom Teaching concept with junior middle school English listening and speaking teaching,and how to design the Flipped Classroom Teaching activities of English listening and speaking classes with the help of the Rain Classroom platform,so as to achieve the deep integration of information technology and curriculum.This research is mainly carried out in three phases,namely the literature review phase,the implementation phase of teaching activity design and the reflection summary phase.The specific research is carried out as follows:In the first place,at the literature review stage,the author analyzed the current situation of research on English listening-speaking teaching and Flipped Classroom Teaching at home and abroad by consulting relevant domestic,and summarized the deficiencies of previous studies,and then put forward specific research design ideas.Secondly,at the design and implementation stage of teaching activities,the author firstly used the questionnaire method to investigate the current situation of learners' listening and speaking learning,and analyzed the basis of teaching activities designed,and initially designs the flipped classroom teaching process of junior high school English listening and speaking class.After that,the author carried out three rounds of action research according to the flow chart of teaching activities and combined with specific teaching contents to test its feasibility and effectiveness in the process of teaching practice,and spirally adjusted and improved the design of teaching activities through the four steps of "plan-action-observation-reflection".Thirdly,at the reflection and summary stage,the author used questionnaire surveys and interviews,platform data collection analysis,and the analysis of comparison of pre-test and post-test results to verify the implementation of teaching activity design.Finally,the research conclusions show that the design of junior middle school English listening and speaking teaching activities based on flipped classroom improves the problems in English listening and speaking teaching,and it can effectively improve learners' English listening and speaking ability.It also enables learners to receive timely feedback and personalized evaluations from teachers during the English listening and speaking training process.In addition,it can make learners have a positive attitude towards English listening and speaking classes.
