| The job burnout situation of teachers at primary and secondary school has a big influence on their physical and mental health as well as their performance in daily work, all of which are closely related to the development of education. This research aimed to explore the relationship among psychological ownership, organizational justice and job burnout,and their relationship with respect to the differences of demographic variables. Some specific methods were expected to be figured out through this research, so that they could be utilized as an empirical support to improve the teachers’ work enthusiasm. Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods were adopted in this research. 500 teachers from some of the primary and secondary schools in Hunan province were sampled by convenience sampling. All the experimental data were measured with "Organizational Justice Scale", "Psychological Ownership Scale" and "Job Burnout Scale", then analyzed with SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0. The major findings were as follows:First, A relatively high level of psychological ownership and organizational justice and a low level of job burnout were owned by these teachers; significant differences were found among each dimension of organizational justice, psychological ownership and job burnout with respect to demographic variables.Second, A significantly positive relationship was found between theteachers’ organizational justice and psychological ownership. The same case happened to their each dimension respectively; organizational justice,i.e. procedural justice, leader justice and informational justice, positively predicted their psychological ownership.Third, A significantly negative relationship was found between the teachers’ organizational justice and job burnout status. The same case happened to their each dimension respectively; organizational justice, i.e.distributive justice and leader justice negatively predicted their job burnout status.Fourth, A significantly negative relationship was found between the teachers’ psychological ownership and job burnout status. The same case happened to their each dimension respectively; psychological ownership,i.e. attitude and responsibility, negatively predicted their job burnout status.Fifth, The teachers’ job burnout status was impacted by the organizational justice, during which the psychological ownership acted as a mediator and regulator. |
