Research On Risk Management For Edge Data Center Proiect Based On AHP-FCE Model

The entire IT industry,including the Internet music platform industry where the author's company is located,is becoming increasingly fierce.The openness of Internet products and the characteristics of online users make product quality and system stability critical.As the back-end technical support system for Internet products,the high quality and high availability of the system play a decisive role in the functions and user experience of front-end business products.QianQian Music is a member of the Internet music platform.The delivery quality of R&D projects is related to users' choice of the platform and the development trend of the company.This article takes the quality problems presented by the release system project as the starting point,and takes the CMMI model and its practical guidelines as the theoretical basis.First,through the analysis of the release system project and R&D management process,the distribution and types of quality defects,the problem list was obtained,and the key problems were identified using the Pareto chart.Then diagnosed the research and development process that caused these key problems,and learned the key problems and solutions through fishbone diagram analysis.Then,through the CMMMI continuous model,the diagnosed process was improved in terms of process content,efficiency,process responsibilities and definitions,so that the quality of the project was guaranteed and the level of project management of the publishing system was improved.Finally,through the follow-up effect tracking,it is established that continuous improvement based on CMMI is of great significance to the improvement of QianQian R&D project management level and R&D organization management capabilities.This paper uses the CMMI model to comprehensively improve the key nodes and problems in the project management process.The improved project management process ensures the quality of project delivery and success of the project.At the same time,the R&D project management level and R&D process capability are improved,which has certain reference significance for R&D organization and release system projects with the same characteristics.
