The information industry witnessed a tremendous development since 1990 s.Software developers were alerted that during the frequent alternation of computer program,the improvement of software production process is imperative to product efficient and low-cost software with high-quality.Thus a multidisciplinary and open-ended management and improvement system for software enterprises was born at a proper moment,namely,Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI).Based on the CMMI Evaluation Meeting for Qingdao Sun Valley Information & Technology Co.Ltd,the report introduced relevant works of the interpreter when assisting foreign CMMI appraiser to finish his job.Meanwhile,the report can be separated into four segments: the brief introduction of interpreting experience,the description of interpreting process,cases analysis under the guidance of Skopos theory and the summary of interpreting experience.In the brief introduction of interpreting experience,the writer introduced the meeting background and the significance of the interpreting,which constructed a basic framework of the report.Secondly,in the description of interpreting process,the report reviewed writer's work from pre-interpreting preparation to post-interpreting summary,among which includes the enterprise background and relevant data,problems and obstacles and the post-interpreting works.Thirdly,in combination of the guidance of Skopos theory,while listing the positive or negative instances,the writer analyzed whether purposes from the parties attended had been reached in cases analysis under the guidance of Skopos theory.With regard to positive instances,the report introduced the interpreting strategy utilized by writer,simultaneously,dissected the inducements in negative instances and provided the rectified translation so that derive the fourth part---the summary of interpreting experience,which evaluate the performance for the interpreter and list out strategies to solve the problem in the future so that improve the corresponding interpreting skill.
