The Study Of Yang Fangcan’s Poetry And Ci

This paper mainly analyses Yang Fangcan’s poetry and Ci,refers to Yang Fangcan’s parallel prose,and also analyzes Yang Fangcan’s attainments in poetry and Ci with the help of his letters.Yang Fangcan(1753-1816)is a famous literary master in Changzhou literary circle in the period of Qianjia,and the complete works of Furong Shanguan Quanji has been handed down.At the age of 19,he was accepted by Yuan Mei as a student.And he is also the student of Wang Chang.He has successively served as Fuqiang Zhixian,Lingzhou Zhizhou,Pingliangfu Quanzhi,Guangdongsi Xingzou,Huidianguan Zuanxiuguan,etc.He has also served as the lecturer of Zhengyi academy,Guanzhong academy.And he participate in the compilation of Sichuan Tongzhi.This paper will discuss from the aspects of Yang Fangcan’s family,poetry and Ci.First,the marriage of the Yang’s family and the Gu’s family in Wuxi has produced poets such as Yang Chaoguan,Yang Fangcan,Yang Yingcan,Yang Kui,Yang Bokui,Gu Lifang and so on.They are well-known in Changzhou literary circle for a long time.While Yang Fangcan was nourished by his family studies,he was also influenced by the style of learning Du Fu,thus presenting the reflection of social reality and the criticism of officialdom.Secondly,Yang Fangcan’s long song line style and Wu Weiye’s "Meicun Ti" have obvious learning relationship,so as to analyze the inheritance and development of the four outstanding in the early Tang Dynasty song line style and Changqing Ti.Third,Yang Fangcan has been an official in the northwest for nearly 20 years.His poems about environment of the northwest show that Jiangnan literati are rare to the northwest,and his literary style of writing also changes with the environment.Fourth,Yang Fangcan’s Ci had the tendency of Zhexi Cipai in the early stage,and showed the style of Yangxian Cipai and Changzhou Cipai in the later stage.The change of his Ci style was closely related to Qianjia Ci circle.Fifthly,Yang Fangcan’s collection of 64 Ci are collection of Wen Tingyun’s and Li Shangyin’s poems,which show the deep influence of these two literary masters.This is not only a preference in creation,but also a theoretical reference.It should be noticed that Yang Fangcan did not become the leader of the literary at that time.First,his literary creation was difficult to be widely known due to the lack of a systematic literary theory.Second,Yang Fangcan was not biased towards the former literary masters,and it was difficult to attract people to attention him.
