Chinese character teaching is the key and difficult point in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.There are many disadvantages in the current use of more mechanical learning and writing teaching.The multi-modal literacy method aims to help understand the structure and evolution of Chinese characters through a variety of information transmission,improve the efficiency of literacy,and break through students' fear of difficulty in literacy.This paper combs through the related theories of multi-modal literacy,investigates the current situation and feasibility of multi-modal literacy teaching in Indonesia,explores the teaching strategies of different types of Chinese characters,and integrates multi-modal teaching for case teaching design.Through questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method to comprehensively evaluate multi-modal literacy literacy,starting with the analysis and analysis of the evaluation data,it is believed that the multi-modal literacy literacy method can enhance the interest of Chinese character classroom and cultivate the ability to learn Chinese characters independently.Improve literacy accuracy and mobilize literacy enthusiasm.This article finally reflects on the feedback of teaching practice,and proposes suggestions for improvement from the perspectives of teachers themselves,classroom management,and teaching implementation.It is expected that relevant people will work together to further enrich the research of multi-modal character literacy teaching methods in Chinese character classrooms.,So that students have a strong and lasting interest in Chinese characters and their acquisition.
