With the proposal and implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,China is pushed into the center of the world stage and has become a truly great world power.Under this background,the amount of translation in China and the demand for language service industry have risen in a straight line,mainly because of the large amount of translation work;the demands for Chinese to foreign language and vice versa have continued to increase;the demand for non-universal language translation has been developed in a blowout manner.In addition to literary translation,political translation,business translation,and legal translation have become hot topics.However,with the increase in the demand for translation,higher requirements are placed on Chinese translation companies,such as establishing international thinking and cultivating compound translation talents.At present,SL Company is still in the early stage of growth,It has become the company's priority to carry out strategic management to adapt to the "the Belt and Road Initiative" and development needs,which the company's senior management has reached consensus on.The company's business strategy for the next few years is being planned.This article takes SL company as the research object.First,the literature and data method is used to collect and collate domestic and foreign literature on business strategies,and to analyze the theoretical methods and practices related to the formulation and implementation of business strategies.Secondly,using the analysis tools such as PEST,five-force model,market forecasting method,enterprise core competitiveness model and SWOT comprehensive analysis method,the strategic background analysis of SL company is carried out.Third,on the basis of the analysis of the strategic background,combining with business situation of the translation industry in the region where the domestic and SL companies are located,the planning and design of the SL company's business strategy from 2020 to 2025 is planned and verified using the planning theory and method.Finally,using the strategic management theory and drawing on the experience of the typical case management of the same industry,a number of recommendations to the business strategy of the SL company is put forward taking consideration of the actual situation.The main research results of this paper are SL's business strategy plan for 2020?2025 and its implementation recommendations.The research results can not only provide reference for SL company to implement strategic management,but also provide a useful reference for the formulation and implementation of other entrepreneurial business strategies in the same industry.
