On Normal Market Society:the Deep Foundation Of Completing The Social Transformation Of China

With the development of Chinese reform and opening up,the speed of social modernization and secularization of China is becoming faster than ever before.Profound social transformation has become the largest reality of China.The high-speed development of the market economy is the leader of Chinese social transition.In contrast,the development of superstructure like government and society has been slow.The contradictions of perplexing dialectical unity relationship of contradictions between the three part became the deep-seated reasons of frequent adverse situation of social problems.In this context,realizing social harmony stable operation,and achieving national people's shared Chinese dream,the key problem is thinking about how to solve or alleviate the contradictions among the three parts,how to walk out the social transition period of profound social transformation as soon as possible.All the explorations and practices,including the reform of the political,economic and cultural fields in recent years can be attributed to try to solve this key problem of China.Whether can correctly handle the dialectical unification relations of market,government and society or not is not only related to the future and destiny of Chinese reform,but also been a world difficult problem.By analyzing and summarizing previous theoretical works,this paper believes that the basic elements of the benign market society is the natural boundary among the market,government and society.For the current China,developing the market society is the deep foundation of deepening the reform and completing the social transformation.This thesis can be mainly divided into three parts: The first part is the explanation and definition of the market,the government,the civil society,the market society and their related functions.The second part is attempting to analyze and refine the universal elements of the market society in many countries.These elements can be summarized as: secularization,contract,non personification,autonomous,sacred ownership,citizen humanization,legalization,judicial independence and non territory.The third part is demonstrating the development of market society with Chinese characteristics has great importance to the Chinese social transformation from three aspects: to realize China modernization,to solve the current domestic and international conflicts,and to build the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
